How to pay from abroad

Aneela & Sons does not run a payment gateway. We chose this on purpose: fewer fees, fewer chargebacks, and a conversation with the house instead of a processor.

If you transfer: use the order number as the bank reference, send the exact total, then WhatsApp a screenshot to the number on your receipt. We mark the order paid when we see it — usually within a day, Pakistan time.

If you choose cash on delivery: it is reliable inside Pakistan. Outside Pakistan, some couriers will refuse cash. We still let you choose it, and we will write if we must convert the order to transfer. Your confirmation email is the document. Save the order number even if the mail is slow.
